We have spent months testing these recipes. Our criteria was that it has to taste just as delicious as its "regular" counterpart. We think the results are fantastic. A lot of our effort was put into balancing the sweetener. We developed/formulated a sugar free sweetener, and it is a blended sugar substitute of Stevia, Monk Fruit allulose date and fig paste and birch sugar to have no sugar added products that taste great.
Not the overly sweet flavor you normally find in Pecan Pies. Ours is distinctive in its pecan pie flavor, without using the high fructose corn syrup. Pecans top the shortbread crust. Oh so decadent!
