We have spent months testing these recipes. Our criteria was that it has to taste just as delicious as its "regular" counterpart. We think the results are fantastic. A lot of our effort was put into balancing the sweetener. We developed/formulated a sugar free sweetener, and it is a blended sugar substitute of Stevia, Monk Fruit allulose date and fig paste and birch sugar to have no sugar added products that taste great.
A substantial cookie filled with almonds, pecans, chocolate chips and dried fruit. This is the cookie we hear the statement "this is the best cookie I've ever tasted" about the most often.
