We have spent months testing these recipes. Our criteria was that it has to taste just as delicious as its "regular" counterpart. We think the results are fantastic. A lot of our effort was put into balancing the sweetener. We developed/formulated a sugar free sweetener, and it is a blended sugar substitute of Stevia, Monk Fruit allulose date and fig paste and birch sugar to have no sugar added products that taste great.
Our chocolate chip cookie in a bar form. As with everything we make, we don't add much sugar so it masks the flavor of the butter, chocolate and vanilla.
